There is an error in the listing at the top of the page.  It reads:

        begin

        end;
 
It should read:
 
        var:
          g_array:packed array[0..20] of 0..255;
        begin
          g_array[0]:=19; g_array[1]:=2;
          unitwrite(1,g_array,2,,12);
        end;

All of the reference numbers on the keys need to have one added to them to
match the table on page 136.
